This 1 ¼- oz. competition/upland cartridge is well suited for dove and pigeon (flyer) shooting. An ideal alternative for Helice and an outstanding quail load for hunters in size 7 shot. Flyer shooters prefer the 7.5 in the first barrel followed by the 7s in the next barrel. This is a low brass 1 1/4 oz load at 1330 fps. If you’re looking for a great late-season quail load with those long shots, this is a winner.

Many Pheasant killed with MB Star Rossa #7 in 1st barrel (MB Long Range #5 in 2nd barrel) at 30 yards. Bought them for quail, tried and liked them for Pheasant, 1st chamber...

Kills wild pheasants with one shot.... Loaded 1st barrel with MB Rossa #7s, and 2nd barrel with MB long range #5s, didn't fire second round, except on a "double"....
