Cut a limit in the ID opening morning. Wide variety of shots. No worries with these shells. Patterns very well out of a light 12 and a precision hunter choke. Excellent shell. Well built. 168 pellet count in #2's.                (Posted on 10/6/11)

Alright guys and gals.....don't let the 2 3/4" size fool you, these shells are more than adequate when it comes to shooting setting ducks and are a great shell for the younger hunters to shoot as well.
Now, granted, anyone that knows me knows I love a fast shell and I'm not afraid to go with the motto "more is better", but in the case of shooting over decoys for ducks, these shells are more than plenty!!!  They still have a decent amount of speed and payload from them, and I found that put it through a LM choke is a nice little combination for those big greenheads. 
What's also an added bonus is the lack of felt recoil compared to a 3" shell. Again, great for the new or young hunter and also nice for when you are making the transition to the second bird (or follow up shot). You find yourself back on the target quicker and not wasting time recovering from the first blast.
