20 gauge shooters take note! For traditional hunters this is an excellent choice with 15/16oz of lead and 1280 fps velocity. Our shell is loaded in a 67 mm (2 5/8”) case so it can be shot in 2.5-in. firearms. This is NOT suited for vintage-type period firearms but for current 20-gauge guns. This load makes an extremely effective round with the reduced kick provided by the smaller gauge with no sacrifice to performance. For other 20-gauge selections please be sure and review our 20-gauge Legend line. All 20-gauge cases contain 8 boxes of 25 rds. (200 rds) Please note: All the 20ga shells do not contain the Gordon Hull System.

I have hunted with these shells for a couple years with very good results. They are excellent on clays as well. I have compared them to other shells on a pattern board at 30 yards and was well pleased with this load. I only shoot B&P shells for clays and quail. The Legend 1oz. load is also an excellent patterning shell and does extremely well in the field. The classic 16 ga. with 15/16 #5 is my favorite pheasant load.

While I haven't had a chance to try these shells on game, they sure make the clays live hard. This is an effective load for my 20ga and can't wait to try them on grouse this fall.
